Well, here's a break from my Firepower characters. I'd like to see this approved, mainly because it'd be so much fun. Plus, I've been watching too many cartoons.
Full Name: Fred Jones (Fred Quimby ((Tom and Jerry)) and Chuck Jones ((Looney Tunes))
Mutant Name: Boomerang
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Mutant power: Cartoons. In a subconciously controlled power, things around Fred become cartooney in appearance and take on a life of their own. this includes Fred himself, although he has a life of his own anyway. He can create smaller things, like bluebirds if he hits his head, but if his powers are charcged he can do things like bears, and if he's at full power full cartoon sets. These disapate after an hour or so.
Background Information: His parents new something was wrong when, last year, Fred hit his head and smoe bluebirds started tweeting and circling him. When they took him to hospital for concussion, and the hospital waiting room had things like people with their full sets of fingers stuck in taps(faucets), and flat animals, they really started to get suspicious. When his mother went up to the reception, the conversation went like this:
"Yes?"
"I'm bringing my son in for concussion."
"Right. Bring him over here, please."
The nurse then hit him over the head with a yellow mallet.
They sent him to America and to Southbend so that he could learn control and discipline. He was quite random before, though, so this might not happen.
Desc: 5'9", gangly. His main feature is short black hair that sits on his head like a birds nest. Whatever shape his powers make him, the hair always stays.
Well, if mutant powers don't follow the laws of physics, I decided to make a character that not only doesn't follow them, but takes aggressive action at them.
